Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
- Consumables (e.g., filters, cleaning kits) and parts that have been used or installed by the customer are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

or call us at 9827788674, 9039699339, or 0731-4278600 within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. - We’ll provide the RA number and the return shipping address.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the item via a traceable, insured carrier (customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error).
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order included free shipping and only part of it is returned, a shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges & Repairs
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order. Contact us to streamline the process.

or call us to initiate the service.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Check your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.
- Email photos and a description to tunmarg_aircon@yahoo.com wi
th subject line “Damaged/Defective Item.” - We’ll arrange a return, replacement, or repair at no extra charge.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order air conditioners
- Opened consumables or filters
- Items with signs of installation, wear, or misuse
- Items returned without an RA number
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after approval:
- Recheck your bank or credit card statement
- Contact your card provider
