Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
  • Consumables (e.g., filters, cleaning kits) and parts that have been used or installed by the customer are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Email tunmarg_aircon@yahoo.com or call us at 98277886749039699339, or 0731-4278600 within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. We’ll provide the RA number and the return shipping address.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
  4. Ship the item via a traceable, insured carrier (customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error).

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order included free shipping and only part of it is returned, a shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges & Repairs

  • Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order. Contact us to streamline the process.
  • Repairs/Replacements (under warranty): Email tunmarg_aircon@yahoo.com or call us to initiate the service.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Check your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.
  • Email photos and a description to tunmarg_aircon@yahoo.com with subject line “Damaged/Defective Item.”
  • We’ll arrange a return, replacement, or repair at no extra charge.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order air conditioners
  • Opened consumables or filters
  • Items with signs of installation, wear, or misuse
  • Items returned without an RA number

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after approval:
    1. Recheck your bank or credit card statement
    2. Contact your card provider

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.
